Through the watershed education program, we engage with community members and local youth to encourage a sense of place and foster lifelong stewardship of our lands and rivers.
We seek to restore and protect important watershed functions, such as clean water and critical habitat for native fish and wildlife, while supporting a sustainable economy in the Middle Deschutes Watershed.
Watershed monitoring enables us to check the pulse of our local rivers. Through water quality and habitat monitoring, we can track the results of restoration efforts and adapt our projects to meet the needs of the watershed.
We can offer support to landowners who want to implement restoration and conservation projects on their properties. Our support exists in the form of funding, expertise, or both.
